After-Hours Emergencies:
If you are currently experiencing an emergency within your unit or complex, please contact 360 Community Management at 619-270-7360.

360 Community Management employs an after-hours emergency staff to respond to your calls within 30 minutes.  Please remember this should be used for emergency situations where there is immediate threat or danger to person(s) or property.  Any calls not an emergency, please feel free to leave a voicemail in our general mailbox and your inquiry will be processed the next business day.    

Maintenance Work Order:
All homeowner concerns or comments should be submitted in writing to 360 Community Management, prior to the upcoming board meeting to be added to the agenda.  However, routine maintenance issues should be promptly reported to 360 Community Management during business hours by calling our office at 619-270-7360 or by emailing at info@360hoa.com.  

Assessment Dues Payment Remittance:
The monthly HOA assessments are due on the 1st of every month and considered late (and subject to a late fee) if 360 Community Management does not receive the payment by the 15th day of the month.  360 Community Management offers several convenient methods for remitting your payments both by mail and electronically.  To ensure timely payments, please consider signing-up for automatic payments.  Full instructions for setting up payments may be viewed here. 

Common Area Key FOB, Call Box, Pool Key and Garage Remotes:
The common areas require a key, FOB, remote or Call Box entry to be unlocked.  Requests for key, FOB or remote purchase and pick-up and/or Call Box set-up must be submitted to the office of 360 Community Management, via phone, email or walk-in.  Instructions for submitting a key, FOB or remote purchase request and/or Call Box set-up can be obtained by contacting 360 Community Management at 619-270-7360 or emailing us at info@360hoa.com.  Your client number is 384.  After a request is made for a key or FOB, you will be contacted by the onsite Board of Directors to arrange purchase and pick-up onsite.  Pool keys are subject to a fee of $35.00 and FOBs are subject to a fee of $65.00, check or money order made payable to Beech Tower are the forms of payment accepted.  Garage Remotes are sold by a third-party vendor, subject to a fee of $36.00 + sales tax.  To arrange purchase and pick-up, first contact 360 Community Management, at 619-270-7360 or email us at info@360hoa.com.  Your client number is 384.
